1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the 299vit website at https://299vit.net, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, account management tools, and any related services provided under the 299vit brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the Platform, you ("the Player" or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

299vit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 299vit Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 299vit. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

The 299vit platform is intended for use by eligible players. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. 299vit makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction outside of its operational territory. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and 299vit accepts no liability in such cases.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

By registering an account with 299vit, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme or otherwise subject to any restriction preventing you from gambling;
• The funds you deposit into your 299vit account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

299vit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 299vit may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account. Any winnings accrued during a period of unverified status may be voided pending the outcome of the verification review.

If 299vit reasonably suspects that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. If the Player is subsequently confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (less any bonuses claimed), and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the 299vit Platform — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account via the 299vit Login page. Registration is free of charge and requires the provision of accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 299vit platform at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 299vit reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and permanently ban the associated Player from the Platform.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 299vit login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 299vit account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;

299vit will never contact you by email, live chat, or telephone to request your account password. Any communication purporting to be from 299vit and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected].

299vit accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has shared or inadequately protected their login details.

Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with standard industry practice, 299vit may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests or at any other time deemed appropriate by 299vit. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

299vit supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the convenience of Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Deposits

Withdrawals

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage;

Misuse of Bonuses

299vit actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements (arbitrage or matched betting strategies), claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, and providing false information to gain bonus eligibility. Where bonus abuse is identified, 299vit reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to permanently suspend the player account.

6 Game Rules & Betting Rules

The 299vit game library comprises titles supplied by independent, licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules defined by its respective provider. Players are advised to review the help or information section within each game before wagering real money.

Casino Games

All casino games available on 299vit use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that all game outcomes are completely random and independent of previous results. 299vit does not alter or influence the RNG or the Return to Player (RTP) percentages of any game. Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game or betting session, 299vit will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round or bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player account. Winnings accumulated during a demonstrably malfunctioning session may be voided. 299vit's decision in matters of technical malfunction is final.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 299vit platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended lawful purpose — personal entertainment through online gaming — and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Fraudulent activity — including but not limited to using stolen payment methods, providing false identity information, or exploiting system errors;
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to facilitate the movement of illicit funds;
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with games without genuine human participation;
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonus structures through multiple accounts, matched betting, or other strategies designed to circumvent the intent of promotional offers;
• Impersonation — accessing or attempting to access another player's account, or misrepresenting your identity during any verification process;
• System interference — attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the 299vit platform or any of its underlying systems;
• Minors on platform — allowing or facilitating a person under 18 years of age to access the platform using your account credentials.

299vit employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, 299vit may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void any pending bets or bonus balances; withhold or recover any winnings obtained as a result of the prohibited conduct; report the matter to law enforcement or relevant financial authorities.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their 299vit account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus balances.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for wellbeing reasons may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion can be set for a minimum of one week up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit funds, or receive promotional communications from 299vit. Suspension by 299vit

299vit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Player's account has been flagged by fraud prevention systems;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations necessitate account restriction;
• The Player's conduct poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed by 299vit due to a Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. 299vit will provide written notification of account closure and the reason for closure where it is lawful and practical to do so.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 299vit may apply an inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per month to dormant accounts where a balance exists, following 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to prevent their account from becoming dormant.
